Hi guys!
I'm just gonna start this off by saying its been a weird few weeks. Not that anything has been too out of the ordinary, but I've been feeling 'out of it' as it were. Been under a pretty heavy fog for a while and having my wisdom teeth removed (and being prescribed painkillers for the swelling), I haven't been taking my regular meds. Frankly this had caused me to be a bit more than erratic in the emotional and mental faculties.
It's given me plenty of time to introspect (though I'm always introspective tbh), and to think about characters and getting to be more sociable with my fandom peers. YOU GUYS! Ever since I started my meds and

Your profile page is the first thing people will see when they click on your name, so it's very important to leave a good impression! This article will provide some useful tips and tricks for both premium and non-premium members who want to convert their profile into their own, unique page. First off, some Do's and Don'ts of profile decoration:
Do:
Use dA's profile widgets-- there are lots of great options to chose from
Show off some art (that's what people are here for!)
Express your personality through colors, stamps, gifs, etc.
Don't:
Add so many images that your profile takes forever to load

As DeviantArt enters its 15th year on the Internet, we want to take a moment before blowing out our candles to thank the community for allowing us the honor of hosting the site that you call your home for art. After all, it's the community's 15th birthday, too, and in the past few months, we've been making it our top priority to share with you our plans for the future, celebrate the successes of our past, and look to you for guidance on how best we can serve each of you while entering this new phase of DeviantArt's existence.

It's back! With the goal of bringing a little cheer to patients in the hospital during the holiday season, the deviantART Holiday Card Project connects deviants from around the world and applies their tremendous artistic abilities in designing and creating uplifting holiday cards.
In past years, the Project has received more than 5,000 cards sent in by more than 1,000 deviants from 50 different countries/political regions. Cards were then divvied up and distributed in-person by deviantART members to local Los Angeles, CA hospitals, with additional cards given to various hospitals in the U.S. and abroad for hospital staff members to hand out
